We were born out of an entrepreneurial venture begun over 70 years ago, and we remain an independent group with strong values today. At Henner, we are driven by protecting the interests of our customers and beneficiaries. MEDICAL RESEARCH

Henner supports the Imagine Institute which focuses on genetic diseases affecting children. One thousand researchers, doctors and health workers work together to develop new treatments and improve patient care.

Henner is committed to the Lisa Forever association which supports medical research into childhood and teenage cancers and works to improve their quality of life. A team of employees, increasing in number year on year, participates in the charity run & walk to raise funds and support the various projects.

PRESERVING MARINE ECOSYSTEMS

Ténaka Logo.

Henner is continuing its commitment to tēnaka, a social and solidarity-based company that restores marine ecosystems and regenerates the ocean, the world’s largest carbon sink, by planting coral. This participatory approach led to the planting of 6,000 corals in 2022 and 2023.

PREVENTING CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES

The missions of the trust fund are:

• To raise awareness and focus all our energies on educating women on their cardiovascular health at all “key phases” of their hormonal life, from contraception and pregnancy to the peri-menopause.

• Increase active prevention by giving all women access to cardiovascular screening and care by involving the entire health system.

• To train, educate and involve all health professionals by giving them the necessary means to deliver effective transgenerational prevention care.

• To encourage and fast-track medical research targeted at the specificities of cardiovascular diseases in women.

Henner’s commitment to medical prevention fully supports the work carried out by Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes.

PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION AND ECONOMIC INCLUSION

NQT Association Logo.

NQT was founded in 2006 to promote equal opportunities. It supports young graduates with 3 or more years of higher education, aged under 30, from priority neighbourhoods or disadvantaged social backgrounds, in their job search. This support takes the form of mentoring, with the aim of guiding them towards a job, a training course or setting up a business.

The Henner Group plays a significant role in the NQT association. Through Yazid Chir, co-founder and Chairman of NQT, and Advisor to Charles Robinet-Duffo, Chairman of the Group, Henner assumes the Presidency of this association. Charles Robinet-Duffo, as Henner’s 1st mentor, also co-hosts the NQT Executive Mentors Club. Convinced of the importance of this approach, he has raised awareness among his executive committee, some of whose members have begun sponsoring young people. Henner is actively involved in actions organised by NQT and agrees with the association’s values of inclusion, with a common DNA: Here to care !

Mozaïk RH, founded in 2008, is the first diversity and inclusion strategy consulting firm. Their mission is to combat inequality and discrimination in employment by providing strategic and operational support to promote inclusion and recruitment within organisations.

Since 2021, the partnership with this HR actor has enabled Henner Group to take concrete action in favour of economic inclusion, giving a real dimension to its commitment to diversify its recruitment, focusing first and foremost on the skills and personality of everyone.

Created in November 2020, L’Escalator is an incubator that supports candidate entrepreneurs through a combination of coaching, networking and mentoring. Entrepreneurs benefit from free premises, technical equipment and support from a mentor who advises and guides them throughout the incubation phase. This gives them the keys they need to succeed.

As a partner of L’Escalator, the Henner Group encourages, supports and promotes the projects of those who, because they do not have the necessary training, contacts, seed capital or bank support, are unable to launch their own entrepreneurial projects.
