We have the pleasure to welcome you to the sickness and accident insurance plan for Conference Interpreting Agents, administered by Henner.
This Henner/ACI dedicated portal is here to provide you with clear information about your entitlements under this insurance coverage and to guide you smoothly in the event you would need to submit a claim.
As an ACI, you are covered for loss of earnings and medical expenses that result from an illness or accident that occurred when you were under contract to supply services to the European Institutions, subject to specific conditions.

ACI files a claim form
ACI sends complete request to Henner.
Henner receives a complete request and verifies admissibility
Medical assessment of the file
Henner calculates compensation benefits of admissible claims
ACI receives an informative statement via email & compensation
ACI submits medical expenses (if applicable)
(*) from the day following the occurrence of the accident or manifestation of the illness

You are eligible to request a reimbursement for the portion not covered by your primary or local insurance.

(*) Please make sure your medical certificate reaches us within 5 days from the day following the date of accident or start date of illness. Medical certificates can be sent separately or together with the claim form to the same address as mentioned above.
